I am getting an error message displayed saying:
INCORRECT INK CARTRIDGE
Tri-colour print cartridge inserted now is not is not intended for use for this printer
It appeared all of a sudden, i have using the printer fine, then this appears. I can't do anything with it, print, scan or copy with this bloody message there..
..Its been going on for a while.
I have turned it off and on..
..Wiped both cartridges..
..Given the insides a blow..
..I taken the cartridge out, but it then say please insert the cartridge... so i've put it back in..
It definatly IS the right cartridge, i don't want to buy another one, as its is more than half full!!
Anyone help??

yoou must be touch its terminal port by hand while wipe, due to static energy in body cartridge gets damage with touch you need to replaced Cartridge no way out

How about trying to pull power plug from printer & usb cable, unplug from wall socket wait for 1 min. and then re-connect. Worth a try, it did it for me.

call 1800 474 6836... they have a fix for it....thats HP number

i had the same problem with my hp all in one,i had to reinstall it and then it was fine,hope it helps
