Anyone flashing their breast usually do it to get attention...Now if you talk about doing it in a concert with having barely anything to show, maybe it's because they feel more comfortable doing it in a "party" mood where everybody will cheer and not judge at anything wild that is happening around them.

I don't know. Whenever I have been to a rock concert (which hasn't been for years) they don't flash their breasts and if they did, I wouldn't be taking any notice and watching them as my eyes would be on the stage!

They want the rock stars to notice and usually they are wasted when they do it. As for size well I don't remember that cause I wasn't watching them.

damn I would love to see your breast they are perfect. LOL I have seen that too I guess because they don't have much there so they have to flash their breast to get noticed because girls with big breast have no problems getting noticed.
