EST is Eastern Standard time HOWEVER it could be Eastern Standard Time in the United States or Australia, Because Australia also has an Eastern Standard Time. GMT is Greenwich Mean Time > Greenwich England (London) Time zone ZERO the Prime Meridian. Estonia is in time Zone GMT +1 or one hour EAST of GMT. Add one hour to GMT to get the time in Estonia. EST U.S. is in time zone GMT - 5 or five hours WEST of GMT. Subtract five hours from GMT to get EST.
