What can you say the "Biggest Cry Baby" in NBA is at his game again. He cried when he had talented people around like Oneal, Malone, Payton now he cries because there are no talented people around.

yes I am ,...........I hope the Cavs wins and Lebron James can become the next icon of the NBA. Kobe is spoiled brat out of HS, he does not realize the honor of wearing a Laker uniform. If I was in the first office, I would trade him but who really wants his stinking attitude, he reminds of T.O. If they didn't have so money to lose, I would just release him and give him a free pass to all the home games and let him watch from the stands and feel like real idiot he is. Teams get tired of the drama after a while , look at the Pacers and all the trouble they have had. I think one of the best things to do for him next season if he is still with the Lakers, bench him till he learns the respect that the Laker organization has brought the NBA over the years and take pride in playing in LA and shut his mouth. I say all of this in discipline not hatred. I don't hate the guy, he just needs to grow up.

Dear George,
i would like to kindly say first of all that if you think the Lakers could have beaten the Suns had they been healthy that you are the one in need of Lithium.
Kobe has stated the obvious. Can you honestly tell me that with this roster (and let's assume they were healthy all year long with no injuries) that they even have a chance to get to round 2 of the playoffs. And don't forget us Laker fans are not content with just being in the playoffs or making a little noise in the playoff- we're use to being the ones to beat in the playoffs!
If anyone is bi-polar i think its Jerry Buss. Everyone has assumed that he would remain committed to winning because He always has. Many Laker Greats did not start off as Lakers: Kareem, Wilt, Shaq, Kobe, etc. and this team has always made the sacrifices and the moves to ensure the fans and the players in the organization a team that is competitive enough to compete for championships (that's why Rick Fox gave up millions of dollars to come to the Lakers for less).
In terms of trading Shaq- i think people forget that Shaq was every bit as responsible. Who embarassed Jerry Buss during the pre-season by yelling: Pay me (the "M.f." part is in question) on TV? Who was overweight and lost 50 lbs when he got to Miami but wouldn't lose weight when in L.A.? And who traded shaq for Lamar, Caron (and Caron for Kwame), and Brian Grant? That was the Laker management. So i'm not saying that Kobe doesn't play some part- but it's ridiculous for people to blame it all on him. The Laker management clearly has not made any moves to win now. When they drafted Bynum their were impact players they could have gotten right away.
And do we have to talk about Smush Parker starting 160 plus games (a guy who now nobody wants)... Kobe has stated what most Laker fans feel. And so as a Laker fan as much all the drama is annoying and have us walking on egg-shells, i'm glad that Laker management is getting an idea of what the heart of the Laker fans are.
We're ticked off and we're sick of mediocrity, and those of us who pay good money to go and see a game deserve better treatment from management, just like #24 does!
If Kobe was all about Kobe he'd just keep the situation as is-because it guarantees he'd be "the man" and win the scoring title every year. He's not interested in scoring titles, but NBA titles, and that's what He was promised when he re-signed.
Kindly,
Nickster

I don't think I'm tired, I'm actually intrigued with this drama. Seriously though, this is like a perfectly written soap opera playing out for us. And please don't mention the Lakers greats, becuase they were never put into a situation like this. The reason why Kobe is doing this is because the Lakers organization hasn't done **** to improve the team. Put yourself in Kobe's position, you've never made it past the 1st round for three straight years, and the organization isn't make any huge changes to help out. Why waste your time and your prime of your career over a team that wants to rebuild. They had a ton of oppurtunities to acquire more help for Kobe like getting Carlos Boozer, Baron Davis, Jason Kidd, etc. Yet they don't do anything to improve the team. Kobe doesn't want to be a KG where he wastes his greatest years over a team that isn't going anywhere. If I'm in Kobe's position I'm asking for a trade. Forget being loyal and selfish, it's just being smart and not wasting your talent on a team that's not going anywhere because of the Lakers organization's incompetence.

I agree with Micah. Another point to make is that Kobe would really benefit from a trade to an Eastern conference team. The Lakers are well behind the Spurs, Suns, and Mavs now, they're just behind Utah and Houston, and now Oden and Durant just landed in his backyard. The Lakers would have to make incredible improvements to get back to the front of the pack, whereas if he ended up in the East he'd probably make any team he goes to an instant 4 seed. He's young enough to add multiple rings, but he probably won't do it in L.A.

No, No one is tired! When you put numbers lile Kobe everyday, you sure earn the right to say what u want!
Kobe has ambition, not like Garnett! He is in his prime and he needs some support! Tell who is Smush Parker? huh? WHO IS HE? Kwame Brown? The guy is a geant with plastic feet! I really question his talent and skills! Looking this team, NO ONE can make this team, a championship contender! LAKERS NEED TRADES and Kobe just stated the fact!
Hate it or love it!

I agree with you. He's just another spoiled kid stomping around the house, lower lip stuck out and whining about how hard it is to do what he is paid to do.
I think he has a problem accepting that he cannot lead a team to the championship by himself. I know he feels the Lakers should bring in a player to help them over the top, but that is just a smokescreen.
He's not a team player, and like the recently traded Iverson, he is the "kiss of death" for any team. All scoring, no championship.

No not tired of it, it helps show Kobe's character.
Kobe called all the talk shows, but I think he should
have called Dr. Phil and Dr Laura to get advice about
his emotional issues and insecurities.
I think Jim Buss is tired of Kobe's crybaby attitude
probably he is the Laker Insider. I am sure Jerry his
dad will kiss Kobe's behind. But after all that he said
you have to think if not in the off season come next
season he is out of there.

I love both the Lakers and the Cavs. I think with the retraction of Kobe, after talking to PJ, will give us some sort of a closure to this issue.

Its only been a one day thing..and it wont last...Kobe will realize he said his words out of frustration and the situation will be squashed in no time at all....
he hasnt taken any attention away from the pistons/cavs series which is turning out to be a great on...
Kobe gets a lot of attention, but not enough to overshadow whats goin on in east conf. finals.
