How much work (in joules) is done by a force that moves a charge 2 coulombs through a distance of 10 cm in a constant electric field of 7 V/cm ?

Firstly find the voltage difference. It is equal to
Field * Distance
=70 V

The work done is equal to charge * voltage = 2*70 = 140 Joules.

The potential change is 70 volts. Two coulombs moved through 70 volts implies 140 joules.
