It's been my experience that being unwilling to forgive is a lot like hate, more time then not you're the one who suffers. It eats away at you and chances are the person or persons you chose not to forgive aren't bother in the least. Yet this issue consumes you daily. So, to answer your question, yes, I'd forgive. You'd be a better person for it.

Sometimes it's hard depending on what the person did to you, but for your own self I think yes it's better to forgive.
