Why are guys wearing shorts low enough to be pants WITH knee high socks? I don't get it

Well I know in the black and hispanic community its just a style. like everyone else. It's cool to me i just dont like the sagging I'm not down with that. Besides my Boyfriend has short legs and all his shorts fit him like that I make him wear flip flops though!! And yes!! I said black and hispanic I'm of the category!

Guys just naturally go with "style" and unfortunately that is what is in. It will blow over when something "cooler" comes into play.
