It's really important that I find this artice. It was on animal planet or something. Some guy's fish couldnt swim anymore so he made a contraption that enabled it to swim. I've googled for a while now and can't find anything. Anyone know anything about this story? Thanks!

they bred 2 fish , the coho and wal eye, then they bred that one with a muske, the fish is called the cowalski, but they havent taught it to swim yet.
