Which ones? They range from 1 minute old to about 100 I'm guessing. :)
If you mean the race, it is estimated that they are at least 20,000 years old as they're artwork dates back to then. And that is just when they started artwork "that we know of and have found"

I don't know exactly how you measure the age of a race, but here are a couple of possible interpretations:
On average, Aboriginal Australians have a life expectancy about 20 years less than that of the general community in Australia. So, on average, Aboriginal Australians will not be as old as other Australians.
If you're talking about culture, then Aboriginal culture is incredibly ancient while a recognizable "white" culture has probably only been around for 3,000 years at most. So on that measure, Aboriginals are much older than white men.
