i know its crazy but i need to find out by not drinkin' any enerydrinks cause those thing are nasty!!!!

eating good, healthy meals.
exercising, even if its just a little.
exercising your brain by doing something stimulating.
moving around and not being too stationary.

and coffee?

You could try meditation. I went to an introductory course and they claimed that you only need 2 hours of sleep daily and something like 2 hours of meditation and you'll be alert and energized for a long period of time.

Um, sleep. Coffee. You don't have a lot of options on how to be energized in the morning and at night if you don't want caffeine or sleep...
