I made a video on 'Windows movie maker' and saved the video with 'best quality for my computer'. The video IS over 65 MB and will NOT appear in my video iPod library when I use the 'add file to library' button. Normal music is able to be added, but not my video. Anyone know why?

Windows movie maker creates video files, in wmv format, these formats or any windows format including wma are not compatible with i-pod, you will need to convert the video into a format i-pod can recognize.
