No. The Federal Government proved that they can not manage our resources during the Hurricane Katrina crisis. The States should have more influence in the lives of its citizens than the feds. Even in the immigration issue, the States are leading the way in passing laws to stop the problem while the Federal Goverment just pretends it is not important.

No! as with business our country used to rely on states to solve there own problems and other states could use what worked and apply them to there own state. but with a federalist system there is no um well...compitition! and if you do not like a law or you wanted to have certain laws you just moved to the sttate that fit you. but with the federal system there is nothing you can do.
So the minority gets the shaft! and the minority is what the American government was made to protect!!!
