I don't understand why everyone blabbers about a destination and aim. Can anyone not just enjoy life with its beauties? One should live for everyday, even if they are living in the streets.

It is a profound question! It takes a deep understanding of life and related matters on a higher plane, to answer well! The aim of life is to live well, live a good life! The ultimate destination is the point where we have the answer to the question occuring in a natural way in front of the inner eye, the enlightenment, the total spontaneous Realisation! Till then, it is a journey, ideally a happy journey in search of the ultimate destination!

Aim of life? Just because something, even life, exists, does not mean it has meaning or aim. As to the ultimate destination, that's unknowable.
For those who think we should work toward the betterment of mankind, I ask: why should mankind exist if its members do not pursue their own goals? Talk like this is just a matter of preserving the species, and I don't see how that is necessary in a universe like this one.

There are some reasons that can never be understood or found...
Do u know y ru born?
Do u know y ru here?
Do u know y were u born at the place where u were born?
Do u know why did u go to school / college / work?
..
..
..
So "What should be the aim of the life and what is our ultimate destination?" is someting tat u wuld understand only by the way u life goes on.....

Our aim in life should be bringing happiness to every single person in the world, helping those in need of our help. While I believe that there's no ultimate destination in our life as long as we have our dreams to fulfill.

Why worry about the ultimate destination, over which no one has control.
One does not even know who is actually going there. Certainly not this body, which will be buried or burnt. Nor the ego-mind which will vanish at death.
May be investigating this can be an aim.

Like we create a folder or file for ourselves in a computer, we should first find our own place in this world. The aim is to achieve freedom - free in body and mind . A further and higher aim is to achieve the freedom of the soul even whilst alive.
