use a proxy (they basically are links from which you use to link your computer to full blown internet access I do this to pass my schools sonicwall all the time) EX. https://www.bbrowse.com and https://0pb.net are 2 good examples I use or if your 'rents block these too then go to http://www.onlineproxy.org and find a whole bunch more or just yahoo "internet proxy" I understand how diificult it is I have been in your position more than once. from one user to another I hope this helps you!!! P.S. dont forget to clear your history by going to tools internet options delete cookies delete files and clear history this will save you from being caught!.

Most blocking systems that block specific sites will also block anonymous proxies. If they keep it up to date it's not likely that you'll find anything that works for very long.
