That's funny I saw a Canadian guy point to Australia and say I don't know North Korea was so big. It's not just Americas it's a problem with the entire world. There are a lot of just plain stupid people all over, and the ignorance that people have regarding other countries is staggering. I know I lived in America and when I moved to Romania I actually heard "I that that Romania was made up for Dracula movies" and here is Romania they are just as bad in their thoughts of other countries. And yes I knew Canada does not have a queen.

I think B.M.F. has it right. The Queen does not "rule" Canada, but she does not "rule" any nations any more. The Queen is still the ceremonial head of state in Great Britain, and I think for Canada as well.
