t0o Bushsupp, i don't care whether it is legal or not, in fact planning to overthrow the gov't is illegal, but discussing whther bush has committed crimes and if so what recourse do citizens have if congress will not impeach....that is freedom of speech

to you asked, i do not think bush and cheney would volunteer to go on trial, they would need to be arrested i would guess, even the police sometimes use a gun to arrest someone that opposes same

to Sniper, i agree Clinton should have been impeached, but his lying about sex does not reach the level of condoning torture or pow's, detaining prisoners for years with no trail, in my opinion

to Ladytoob, this IS Yahoo Q & A, and i like it, i would only take up arms against the US gov't if i was very certain a majority of Americans would do the same. I doubt that that would ever happen, most of us are too fat, lazy, and comfortable to risk our lives until it would be too late to act.
