The fact that something isn't everything, is very different to it being useful or essential.
Money is a means of exchange, however it isn't the only means of exchange, merely the most efficient and fair.

Because most hospitals wont admit you into the hospital to save your life if you dont have the money in your hand... or in your pocket for them to fish out while your collapsing on the floor.
