There's so many of them...

One of my favorite ones is Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin in part due to sheer coincidence of what happened. But I also like it for Jimmy Page's guitar and John Bonham's strong drumming.

Among my top though include:

Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin
Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin
Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana
Hey Jude - The Beatles
Satisfaction - The Rolling Stones
Like a Rolling Stone - Bob Dylan
Knockin' on Heaven's Door - Bob Dylan
Knockin' on Heaven's Door - Guns N' Roses
Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N' Roses
Sweet Child O' Mine - Guns N' Roses
Paradise City - Guns N' Roses
Can't Stop - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Around the World - Red Hot Chili Peppers
By the Way - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Free Bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Highway to Hell - AC/DC
Back in Black - AC/DC
Thunderstruck - AC/DC
Surfin' USA - The Beach Boys
Iron Man - Black Sabbath
Master of Puppets - Metallica
I Disappear - Metallica
Lost in Hollywood - System of a Down
Toxicity - System of a Down
You Give Love a Bad Name - Bon Jovi
Livin' on a Prayer - Bon Jovi
All Along the Watchtower - Jimi Hendrix
We Will Rock You - Queen
Princes of the Universe - Queen
Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
Hotel California - Eagles
One of These Nights - Eagles
