My foster mom & biological mom are JUST alike but have big time beef with each other. They both treat me the same & they both try to tell me what I CAN'T do, as far as trying to achieve my goals.

My own theory (my own long-term successful relationships that lasted years were with women completely different from me in everyway) is that it's My Yin to Her Yang...we complete the missing parts of each other, with one of us being the magnet (her) and Me being the Iron filiments that are attracted to it and stick to it...
Two magnets repel each other with their "too much alike" magnetic fields...
And, thus...
The big beef between your foster mom and bio mom...
Get them a pair of 16 oz boxing gloves, or nerf swizzle sticks, and make it a post-football Sunday event...

Parents will always [their] children what they can't do. You will when you are a mother. Oh yes you will!! It's part of parenting and natural instinct. That's just something you have to deal with and know that they love you and want the best opportunities for you.
As far as them arguing with each other. I think it has to do with your birthmom not raising you full-time and she has to let a stranger have say over you. Even moms and dads don't always agree with each others' parenting ways. I was my dad's little angel and could do no wrong in his eyes and my mom had to do all the discipling with me. They always fought each other about my punishments. I just went to my room and played until they told me that I was grounded for a week.
I'm not sure of your age. I would highly suggest that you talk to the both of them, individually, about this. And then maybe together. Good luck!!

They hate each other because they actually hate themselves - or at least a certain part of them.
It sounds like they are both in denial that they actually do whatever it is that they hate - and they take it out on each other instead of improving their OWN lives.

They see their faults in the other person and are annoyed. It cracks me up when it's two people who talk too much, or are too controlling.
Focus on your goals. Steady as you go and you'll cut a wake and leave them bobbing in the waves.
