Nope, it's the way children learn about the world around them. Allow her to name things, but correct her when she says the wrong things. In a nice way of course.

Life is beautiful when you're seeing it for the first time. Enjoy the moment. Even if she gets it wrong, she's still right.

I would be concerned if she's 25 and still doing that. She may just have a very good imagination and has a creative mind.

She is probably smart or a genious, maybe even an artist as they seem to see things the rest of us miss.

It is not something I would worry about.
