IF someone wants to fight me (keyword 'if') should I go for it or should I just walk away b/c I read in a mag that if you just walk away and say "I dont have time for this!" then you'll be out of the fight before it even begins. So my question to you is this...go for it or walk away and ignore?

Just so you know, I dont want to get hurt and hurt someone else in the process or cause problems for anyone-specifically my family and friends. Im a good person I tell you!!!

well if you fell thatway than maybe you should folow the mags advice and walk away or confront that person and tell them how you feel about the situation and maybe work it out maturely.

I can only tell you what I have done in the past I have never walked away from a fight .My dad told me always get the first punch in .You no your going to fight so walk up to that person and hit them as hard as you can in the face. They will be so shocked that's when you let them have it.If you don't do this
everyone will think you are afraid and start calling you names
I am a very small person but no one every picked on me because they knew I wouldn't back down.Suck it up and just do it,everyone is afraid but get over it .My dad was a boxer
so I grew up in a house where my dad didn't want to hear we were afraid of fighting someone.

Depends on what it is about... I mean if it is over a guy walk way he is not worth it. However if it is something to do with you then I think you need to hold your own. I am not a gotta fight person... I do it when I have to. I would see if the person wants to fight first to make sure the two of you are on the same page.

good luck

My family has something of a history of fighters and I will tell you right now that the toughest part of any fight is walking away.
If you are a good person you will walk away because that's what the biggest people in this world do.

ok, fighting can lead to prison if your a grown up, and that counts as battery and if its not your first offense it will end up being a expensive fine well over a hundred dollars also if its not your first offense 1 to 5 years in jail, so if your an adult I suggest you be the bigger person and walk away, if your a juvenile well i dont suppose you would care because your parents will pay the fine and pay the probation officer and for the court dates and only spend a few weeks in juvie or months, alot money would be wasted on this stupid incident, the probation officer charges you and youy have to have him also they schedule court dates that are expensive that you have to go or youll go to juvie. in lock down also for longer times to. if its your first offense and your an adult youll probably have to pay a huge fine and be put on probation for a long *** time and have to pay to use the officer which is even more expensive then a juvie p.o now if your attacked you have the right to defend yourself.

You are not watching television or attending a movie. This is real life and you are old enough not to fight. You say if....Aparently there is no urgency to fight. If you are a good person carry on and live life and not lower yourself to a physincal fight. You will have far more serious problems then a bruise.

don't hang around the people who want to fight you. Try changing your surroundings. i like the saying in the mag that if you walk you've fought already, ok? If you have to fight, buck up and kick some *** if you get stomped, call the police and kick their butt in another way k

Verbal fighting? Is it worth it? Will it matter in your life 10 minutes from now, 1 hour from now, 1 day, 1 year, 1 decade? Choose your battles carefully - they can make or break a person's image and self-respect.

Physical fighting? Violence equals getting injured. It can also mean getting charged and ending up in jail. Nothing ever gets solved by being physical. Only in wars, or in self-defence.

Walk away.

Walk away.

You don't need the potential injuries, nor do you need the potential police involvement if the other person decides you're in the wrong. It doesn't matter who "calls" the fight, it's who throws the first punch that will get in trouble.

Be a bigger person, and walk away.

I think you need to walk away. On the other hand if they are actually hurting you, you need to fight back.
