Gary's right - if you'll have any luck with breeding, it'll be with the clowns. The black and white which look like clowns might be black (melanistic) clowns, or 3 or 4 stripe damsels.

One other thing that wasn't mentioned is that you should keep the seahorse in a separate tank! These don't move quickly and the other fish that you've got can. Unless you're hand or target feeding the seahorse, he won't be gettting enough to eat and will slowly starve.

Yes you can breed the clown fish, I've personally bred the Blue Yellow tail damsel fish. You Willl need a separate tank to breed them in. about 55-60 Gal. wil do. But the "REAL Trick" is what you have to feed the hatching's; as they are the size of the "EYE" of a brine shrimp. You have to raise special algae in jars, (Mason Jars) in a windows and a special micoscopic food organism that eats the algae you've grown, that you then feed to the hatchling's. It's nigh unto impossible to do this at home. Finding the the food source my even not be possible for you, let alone growing the algae culture you feed to the food organism. It's a "MAJOR" Pain and really not worth it unless it's on a commercial scale. Any two fish will do as one wil become male the other female, (No such Thing as a Pair) when you go to a pet shot to buy them. This only occurs when they are ready to breed. And there is a "Major Secret" as to how this is done. You have to lower the Salinity of you water to about .016 over a short period of time, just as if it's rained and nature itself has lowered the salinity. Thats one of the reasons you have to do this in a separate tank. Your other fish would probabl;y die of shock.
