Contact the First Sgt for his unit, failing to provide for his family can get him in some serious sh*t with the military. They will garnish his wages and have it sent directly to you from his pay check.

Go to ur local child support office and file the paper work. Him being in the military they will definetly take it out u wait and see. But don't expect the money right away depending on whatever state u stay it might take sometime maybe even longer than a year. So be patient and go the child support office.

You need to go to the friend of the court, dont call you'll never get through, make sure you get there at 830am, and if you have his SS# that would be very helpful, they can track it, and whatever money get gets they'll take it from that, If it was also in ur divorce judgement, take a copy of that also. but have as much info as possible..but dont come to an agreement with ur x for him to pay u on his own, its just his way getting out of it thru the legal system, cause if his arrearages are alot, they will go after him.

If you have a court order for child support, contact his unit commander. Tell him that you will be seeking legal remedies if your ex doesn't pay his child support, and catch up on back child support.

You will get your money, even if he doesn't get any pay. Uncle Sam does not like to have his children fail to meet their legal and financial obligations. As long as your ex is in the military, child support will be paid, even if Uncle Sam has to send you the checks direct.

What? Like force your x to give money? Forget that! That's just another reason he's your x! If he doesn't realize that the child is blameless AND blood kin, don't ask him for anything. You'll have to manage it between you, your son, and the girl's kin. What ever you do, make sure that baby has whatever it needs even if YOU have to take a hand in raising it. Good luck. I'll pray for you and yours....

Well if memory serves, i'm a veteran. All u need to do is contact the office of the recruiter(locally) or contact veterans affairs in your local phone book and they should help you. The military is all about family so they should be helpful. Good luck.

That's it, contact the Air force someone who outranks him. One thing the Armed Services of the USA does not tolerate is not taking care of the children.

Contact his commanding officer. They will make sure that he pays. This problem is not tolerated in the armed forces.

Go to your state health and welfare and they can go after him for child support. And for medical. Don't delay, do it now for your son. The government won't mess around with one of their enlisted, he'll have to pay regardless.
