no lie...but my hair...
i was playing with this funky looking lighter & knowing me my hair is always down & in my face & it caught on the end of a piece of my hair & wow that thing spread within nanseconds..& it was climbing up ready to reach my scalp...if there was not that blessed glass of water within reach i think i would have had a really ugly looking head..

Dang it! Do I have an answer for this question? I'm sure I do, but not an interesting one. I've only set logs on fire.
I did, however, bite into a candle once thinking it was candy. I then lit the candle and it burned down with my teeth marks in it the whole way.
I'm rambling off the point of your question now. What good thing have I lit on fire? Nothing..but my roommate in college set a towel on fire trying to bake cookies. How she managed that one...I don't know!

Yes... when we were kids we were always being stupid and trying to burn stuff. (Did you know Gasoline eats right through styrofoam? Anyway, I digress.)
So one time, while we were being particularly dumb, we were in the woods screwing around burning little things like dried up plants and stuff, we actually set a small tree with dry leaves on fire. The leaves went up like a tinder box! I swear I had to change my underwear afterwards. We are lucky we didn't burn the whole wooded area down. Wildfires have started from less! Wouldn't that have been nice, to go through life being pegged as an arsonist at age 11? Anywho, the leaves quickly burned out and the tree itself didn't catch, lucky for us!
Good Grief, we were dumb!
Today I work in fire protection... ironic?

Yeah I set a truck on fire while I was working on it. I was checking fuel pressure and some leaked out. when I turned the key on it backfired through the intake and....TADAA..I made fire. I got it put out , but deep down, I wanted it to go clear up. It had the worst ghost in it I've ever had.

I made a couple of campfires... Oh, and once, with a couple of friends we molotov'd my Highschool, but we only burnt down the door. Damned stone buildings...
Nylon packaging foils(Like the ones used to transport loads). If you fold them and set them on fire, they whistle and sing, in kind of an eerie tone. Amazing what you can find out while bored and stoned.
Oh, and once I hit a bird with a flare, but it was an accident. Freakkin funny, though.

Several years ago, I decided to buy those out door lanterns on a stick that you fill with fuel. When I wasn't looking, the wind took one and turned it over. My neighbor, the wife of a firefighter, yelled over and asked if I knew my lawn was on fire. I was mortified. It didn't go far and it actually improved the lawn when it grew back.

Lol before I accidently set my sock on fire.... while it was on my foot. Thankfully I didn't get burnt because I happened to be wearing two pairs of socks.
I light campfires when I go camping and stuff but nothing dangerous or illegal.

I almost burned down my parent's house. When I was little, I found out that alcohol was flammable, so I took all our tissue papers, soaked them in alcohol, and ignited them. Almost guzzled the house with fire; I think it also ignited my pyromania. Hmm... feel the urge to burn something right now...
