on wwe monday night raw they announced the condition shawn michales aka hbk was in and i missed it so what happend to him

he blew his knee out heres a little more on it
Shawn Michaels underwent surgery this afternoon on his knee. He will have a no-weight bearing on his knee for a month or two. Then he will begin rehab and will be expected to return late this summer.
Nine days ago on RAW, he landed awkwardly at ringside during a commercial break. He had a tremendous amount of pain that week and tried to wrestle over the weekend at a house show. He then knew that he needed to have the surgery to fix the damage to his cartilage.

Sean was scheduled to have knee surgery last year after SummerSlam, but DX was so popular that he put it off. He reinjured the knee a week or so ago and had no choice but to have the surgery he had put off for so long. He will be out for several months, but has signed a new contract for 3 or 5 years, I forget which. That will, however, depend on how well his knee heals.

They said he got hit on the head so hard that it gave him a really bad concussion, but he's really getting surgery on his knee. I don't know why.
