Lay them out in collage style on a table top (desk or other) and cover with a heavy piece of glass cut to fit. You can have the glass cut to fit and the edge beveled at your local glass supply (check online or yellow pages and call around for quote). This is a great way to save your small memories and see them everyday...and you can change the display when you get tired of it by simply lifting the glass and adding and removing the bits and photos. Have fun!!

You can use picture frames and do a collage. If there is no large content to theme, then theme it by year and write anything pertinent to the photo or sticker within the collage.
Another popular idea for items that are thicker and would not be decoupaged is to decorate a white tin that is shaped like a lunch box on the outside and place the items inside the box. These are popular in the scrapbook suppliers because they advertise them for Christmas and Birthday keepsakes.
If the items are juvenile or you have a large quantity of items consider making placemats or coasters for your table. Clear contact paper won't protect your keepsakes, but you can put them under glass for a desktop or tabletop.
I have started a journal similar as you have mentioned and I call it 'Why I treasure this'. I take a photo of an object, such as my Mother's Victrola she has had for generations, and I put the photo at the top and journal all my memories about it below. This way, my family knows why things have special meaning and purpose.
If your ticket stub would also have a t-shirt or other item you purchased at the concert, or have a record album / CD cover from the tour. stretch the t-shirt over a canvas and laminate the ticket(s). Attach the ticket and other acquired items from the concert around the T-shirt or album. Even a small 6x6 canvas would look nice with the CD cover and tickets.
Hope these ideas help. Be creative most of all

Whatshername,
Put all of your collections in a frame. Overlay the objects with larger or brighter items in the back, show only parts you want to show that will catch the eye.
Use stamps, valentines, movie tickets, old postcards, sewing packets, anything you can find that will raise conversation and display preservation. You will know if it does not fit or look right. Frame and be amazed!

I have a drawer from an old dresser that has things decoupaged onto it. The drawer sits on a bookcase shelf and I use it to store loose office supplies.

How about doing a collage on canvas? then you can display it on your wall.
It's easy to do. Almost anything can be adhered to the canvas - photos, souvenirs, etc. You can also journal directly on the canvas. You can get almost any size canvas. I would lay out your items and arrange them the way you think you'd like to disply them first, before deciding on the size canvas to buy.

In futures trading, it is as easy to sell (also referred to as going short) as it is to buy (also referred to as going long). By choosing correctly, you can make money whether prices go up or down. Therefore, trading a diversified portfolio of futures markets offers the opportunity to profit from any potential economic scenario. Regardless of whether we have inflation or deflation, boom or depression, hurricanes, droughts, famines or freezes, there is always the potential for profit trading commodities. There are even tax advantages to making your money from futures trading. Regardless of the actual holding period, commodity profits are automatically taxed as sixty percent long-term capital gains and forty percent short-term capital gains. The current maximum capital gains rate is thirty-three percent, somewhat less than the maximum rate for ordinary income. To the extent that capital gains tax rates are reduced in the future, commodity traders will benefit. If a distinction is re-established so that taxes on long-term gains are lower than on short-term gains, commodity traders will benefit. Commodity/Forex speculation offers an important advantage over such illiquid vehicles as real estate and collectibles. The balance in your account is always available. If you maintain sufficient margin, you can even spend your current profit on a trade without closing out the position. With stocks, bonds and real estate, you can't spend your gains until you actually sell the investment. The information is provided for educational purposes, local country and stocks rule and regulations may apply.

you could also do it on a canvas, you might decopage things around a canvas as a frame to the photo of the person the items pertain to, like your boyfriend, husband, baby, etc, simply mount an 8x10 photo in the center and then work outward with items that mean something to you pertaining to that person. you could also do something similar as a mirror frame, mount a plain mirror on plywood, painted white, then surround the mirror with memories.

Michaels craft store sells various size float frames. plastic front and back, so you can see the wall behind (or you can create an easel frame). but you can easily place your items together and use as much or as little space as you want. some have black plastic edges, and they even have some wood models now.
