My computer has a very weird icon show up on the dest top, no idea why or what it is. Here is a picture.

I tried deleteing it but there are no right click options, also I've run ad-wear and anti-virus scan, with out any effect. I also used the show desk-top buttom and it removes it but once I click something it shows again. Another thing, I can move it around and everything. I've also restarted a few times.

Im running Windows XP any other info that my help just ask.

Try going through Windows Explorer rather than right clicking it on your desktop. Navigate to your C:\Documents & Settings\\Desktop directory and see if the file is there. If it isn't there, next check C:\Documents & Settings\All Users\Desktop and it could be there for all users on the system.

This is a stab in the dark, but try updating Java, if you have it. That may rid you of that icon. Also make sure that Windows is up to date. If that doesn't work try doing your scans again in "Safe Mode".

You can't delete it because it's probably in use by the system. You will have to boot up into safe mode then try to delete it again. If this doesn't work, then you are probably infected by a virus.
