I assume you are here in SIngapore... or else my following answer wont be of any help:
The original Monopoly retails at about SGD40 dlrs in majr department store (Toys R Us,Isetan,Carrefour etc) but u could get cheap rip off for about SGD12 including The Disney,Star Wars,SpongBob edition... imagine your could get all editions for the pricie of 1 of the original set.
But these u rip off u coul only get on the outdoor stalls... also there are SCRABBLE,RISK ... these rip off are ok for kids who might wants to learn the basics of playing the game

I would say any game store or regular store... Game Daze, Target, Walmart, Toys 'R' Us, etc. I hope you have luck with finding them. By the way, there are multiple variations of any Monopoly game. For example, there could be a pokemon monopoly, make your own monopoly, and etc. There are so many different varieties, so you are sure to find one :)

If you mean the board game "Monopoly" you can find some decent bargains on ebay.com. You would have to ask the sellers about shipping costs.

Your best bet is through your local toy/game store. If they don't have it or can't get it then you might try on the internet through a website that offers shipping to your region such as ebay, amazon.com or hasbro/mattel.
