not always i didn't the very first time after like 3 or 4 times then i spotted a bit but it'll stop soon your body is just gettin used to sex

Unless they are athletes and broke the hymen during extreme physical activity, yes. First time bleeding is typical.

No. I didn't, but then I'd broken my hymen about seven years before that by masturbating. If you still have an intact, or partially intact hymen then you mey bleed.
