These are the levels of organization in a multicellular living thing.

A cell is the smallest living unit of a living thing.
A tissue is made of cells that are similar and work together to do a certain job. (muscle tissue, vascular tissue)
An organ is made of various tissues that work together to do a certain job. (an eye, a leaf)
An organ system is made of various organs that work together to do a certain job. (The digestive system has several organs, ...)
An organism is composed of all of its systems that operate together for the good of the living thing.

A group of cells forms a tissue, a group of tissues forms an organ, and a group of organs forms an organ system. So it is all made up of cells
