To me -

"Embryonic star clouds..." refers to children whose destiny may appear to be 'cloudy' now, but will define stardom in the future.

"Bilingual gymnists wear rhetorical cloaks..." refers to people who speak more than one language easily, however say the same thing. Metaphorically, these people could possibly show off their skill with words, yet not say anything new.

(1) Embryonic star clouds

Sounds like the swirls of dust that are forming a star

(2) Bilingual [gymnasts] wear rhetorical cloaks

Sounds like people who are well-versed in two languages
(being agile like "gymnasts" implies "verbal acrobatics")
who mask their words or "cloak" their language with "rhetoric" (which implies manipulating words to justify their arguments)

Nonsense. I cannot come up with a way to make either phrase make sense.

The first one = nebula and/or protostar
The second one is meaningless to me.
