I process information very quickly and am able to assess a situation and plan a strategy instantly.
I am a 9-1-1 supervisor and this is a highly developed skill.
When immediate action is required, seconds count, and delay can mean disaster.

Intensenly, daily, as a mental excercise is great - but I do not make a mental blueprint, only visualize that one thing, or instance I want to happen or realize.

OMG, I totally visualize what I want.
I discovered a tool that totalllllllly helps me, not just in visualizing but in feeling great. A lot of doors have been opening, check it out:
There is a cool thing called a MindMovie (set inspiring quotes, pics to your favorite music and watch daily)
I made one and am HAPPY TO SHARE IT with the world. You can sue mine, because I made it general but powerful!
Friends & family have been asking for the file!!!!
