Yes, Hilary Duff is very much better at singing, so much more better then singing. I know they both have their own seperate style of singing. But still I would vote for Hilary Duff all the way. Good choice!

to tell you the truth i think they are bpth pretty sucky singers (hilary duffs got the actor thing she sucks at too) but ya thats what i think..... no offense if you like them though
