If I had to choose between Oreos or Chips ahoy, I would have to choose Oreos. Chips ahoy doesn't even taste a bit like chocolate chip cookies. They are so gross. At least oreos taste like oreos, unless you buy a really cheap immitation brand.
If you like Oreos, you should try Newman-Os! They are a little (key word little) bit healthier for you than oreos and taste just about the same, if not better. I really like the mint flavored Newman-Os!!!
