Other than humans yes there are a few.
Lions are known to hunt elephants and there have been cases were young calves have been taken by crocs. I also once saw video where a leopard took a calf but the calf was already injured and dying (so not sure if you want to count that).
Also there are cases of rhinos and buffalo killing elephants as well, of course not in a pred vs prey situation.
As far as Asian Elephants go, you really only have tiger and rhino. Rhino again not being a pred vs prey situation.
A good way to look at life on this planet... there is not a single animal out there that cannot be killed by something else. Be it for food, land, breeding rights, etc... nothing out there in invincible.

Many could.
But there is one very powerful animal who could defeat not only elephants, tigers, bears and all other animals: The homosapien. Almost invincible and terribly cruel.

King cobra bite kills one in about 3 hours. 20 lionesses killed one on Planet Earth TV series a few weeks ago. Driver ants can kill anything in their path that does not get out of their way. Most things do. Oh, and a tiger can kill an elephant.
