I eat right. I have already lost nearly 30lbs in the last 2 months. I still have to fight the urge to munch, and force myself to workout. Why? Why don't I just say "What the hell?" because, I will never fufill my true purpose on this earth for God if I am a depressed bucket of lard.

I eat right Monday thru Friday..but on the weekends I say "what the heck"

i eat right.. pretty much... lol
i eat the food i like and i'm lucky because most of that falls into the "right" category.
my theory is that if i eat all the fruit and vege i'm supposed to eat i am then allowed to eat what ever else i like :)
the doc says i'm healthy, men in my life say i'm sexy and that's good enough for me!! lol

nope, I should I have blood sugar problems, but as a courier always on the go and having to eat in my car it's hard to eat right.
