That side is called the hypotenuse. The other two sides are the legs. A triangle is considered scalene if all of the sides are different lengths. A triangle is isosceles if two of the sides are the same length.

Are you doing homework or filling in an exam?
The side opposite the 90 degree angle is the hypotenuse.
Just for interest, you should look up the definition of each of those words, because any of them could be on your final exam.
