I love cold shower's on hot days, after some exceptional marital relation's, and on those morning's I just can't wake up.

Yes, for brining myself back to my senses. For example, when I wanted to do something that I knew was wrong, I got under the shower and the intensity of it just made me forget about it. It's a way of restricting yourself, kind of like slapping your own hand when it reaches for something. Lol.

Yes...don't have air conditioner, so on a hot summer night right before bed so i kind of stay cool through the night.
