Gettysburg was the largest as it lasted from July 1-3 1863.
The Confederate Army lost some 28,000 casaulties out of 77,000 men. The Union Forces lost around 25,000 out of some 93,500 men. It is in fact the largest battle ever fought in North America.

The Battle of Antietam fought on September, 17, 1862, was the bloodiest single battle where the South lost a little over 11,000 men out of 45,000. The Union lost 12, 000 out of a force of around 87,000. Though only about 60,000 of the Union soldiers were engaged at the battle.

In terms of size of a battle, do not look at the number of days to determine the biggest. The Battle of Texas County, Missouri lasted longer than the Battle of Gettysburg (November 1-9, 1861) but had fewer forces engaged. The Battle of Mill Springs, Kentucky was even longer in duration, going from the 1st to the 13th of December, 1861, but again did not have as many forces engaged as Gettysburg.

What you want to look at is how many forces both sides brought to the battle, both engaged and held in reserve. In this respect, both Fredricksburg and Chancellorsville were larger than Gettysburg. Gettysburg saw about 171,697 involved on both sides (101,697 Union, 70,000 Confederate), Fredrickburg about 175,183 (116,683 Union, 58,500 Confederate), and Chancellorsville about 190,000 (130,000 Union, 60,000 Confederate). So by the numbers Chancellorsville actually beats out Gettysburg.
