I don't think we can truly be happy on this earth. We have moments of true happiness, But, we are limited in our humanity.
Once we get to the other side (spiritual realm)
I know because I was there for a short period of time.

To be truly happy has nothing to do with being in love with anyone. It means you are happy and content with your life and wouldn't change anything. You only have to love yourself, that's what makes you happy.

To be happy is to kinda have a light heart today. To smile and to greet your friends. That's happiness.
But true joy doesn't come from you. You don't create it. It comes from the Lord. And if you are joyful, no matter how hard circumstances may be, you are still happy. Because true happiness doesn't depend on what's happening. It's here deep in your heart.
