relax and take a bath. Relaxing is suppose to be a good way to bring it on. Some new things that I've heard recently is to imagine your cervix opening up like a flower. There are also pressure points that you can push to start contractions. I'm in the same boat. I'm hoping that I'm in the beginning stages right now.... you'll see my question in a minute.... :)
Check out this website for the pressure points. It explains it alot better than what I could.

I'm praying for you!

Could be starting. Sex is good, since you lost your mucous plug and are already dilating, the man is irrelevent, just have an orgasm. Stimulating your nipples for 10-15 minutes each and then doing it again in two hours can help too. If you are cramping, walk around a little, then rest, then walk then rest. Good luck.

when i was pregnant, i was the same way. my doctor had stripped my membranes, i had lost my mucus plug, and i was dialted 3 cms and all this lasted for 2 weeks. i eventually had to be induced. so you can never tell. my doctor told me that if i was having contractions every 6 minutes or less and they were regular even after i layed down and rested then i should come in, i could be in labor. i know it's normal to cramp after being stripped so it might be from that. good luck. it won't be long....

Yes you could go into labor today. When I was pregnant with my firtst child, I went into labor on the due date. My husband rushed me to the hospital where I gave birth to a beautiful girl. She is two now and is so cute. She learned a few words already and knows how to walk. Good Luck!

Point a million: Every occasion has to uncover volunteers to face as applicants. Not sufficient volunteers - no longer sufficient applicants. Point two: Standing in a hopeless ward, despite the fact that fascinating for all of the countrywide events, isn't regularly functional, and, of direction, fees cash. Standing method placing up a deposit, and publishing election fabric. Point three: In 2007 I do not feel any occasion is fielding applicants in additional than 60% of all of the council seats up for election. There is a ward close me that's undoubtedly solidly Tory. A few years in the past the Tories could not uncover a candidate. Nor might every other occasion besides Labour. So he received the seat by way of default. The man used to be a conventional historic staunch socialist and it used to be really ironic that he spend four years representing a prime Tory rural ward. The Tories made definite they post a candidate four years later. P.S. If you are going to cite Shakespeare you must a minimum of recognize it. "Wherefore" honestly method "why are you", no longer "in which are you". Juliet used to be asking why Romeo needed to be from a household with whom hers had a feud.

I wouldn't mess around with labour. Just stay close to home or close to a hospital. If you're not sure call your doctor's office or go to the hospital. Why wait till it's too late.
Why ask here. You could have had the baby by now. I hope you're okay though. Hugs

Sometimes taking a nice warm shower will help you to relax and the muscles can do their thing. Do not take a bath, take a shower. Make sure you are eating something or drinking something with some calories, you'll need the energy.
