In the movie Austin POwers, he refered to his sexual drive as his Mojo. Actual meanings are the following.......

Juju is an aura or other magical property, usually having to do with spirits or luck, which is bound to a specific object; it is also a term for the object. Juju also refers to the spirits and ghosts in African lore as a general name. The object that contains the juju, or fetish, can be anything from an elephant’s head to an extinguisher.

Mojo is a term commonly encountered in the African-American folk belief called hoodoo. A mojo is a small bag, a type of magic charm, often of red flannel cloth and tied with a drawstring, containing botanical, zoological, and/or mineral curios, petition papers, and the like. It is typically worn under clothing.

MoJo is a modern American term for manliness.

Juju, or junju or njunju, as it is pronounced in African countries, is not magic, although it is part of Caribbean African voodoo. It is the ancestors being invoked to help, protect or harm someone, often using tokens of some kind. For believers, it is very powerful.
