hi, im wondering how else you can get from melbourne to sydney (australia) besides flights.

i would appreciate all your help and also prices if u know them!

Driving will take you abt 10-12hrs via Hume Hwy. Please mind the speed changes and speed cameras along the way.

You can either drive,take a bus or a train.Taking the train isn't that bad, at least between driving,taking the bus or the train,you can at least get some what comfortable on the train.I took the train to Sydney 4 months ago.The price was $79 dollars to find out afterwards it wouldn't have been that much more to fly.

You can catch a train, bus or hire a car and drive your self. All of these will take about 12 hours or so.

The quickest route by road is the Hume Highway.

it is about the 3rd or 4th busiest air route in the world, flying costs anything from A$79 up depending on sales etc
