I want to do the 2 years community college, wondering if they look at your high school grades for admission to universities to transfer.

It depends. If you've earned enough college credits, you are treated as a transfer student. As a transfer student, you generally do not need to submit SAT or high school transcripts. They merely look at your academic record at the college level to determine your worthiness. This is for most 4 year state schools. Private schools may still require SAT and high school transcripts.

Not if you stay there for two years. You aren't being admitted from high school, so it is only your community college performance that matters.
