I live in New Jersey, not too far away from New York City. Does anyone know where I can find such a versitile agent?

First of all, where do you live? If you live in Los Angeles, Osbrink Talent Agency is your best bet. They are always looking for talent. They discovered Dakota Fanning and gave her her first movie deal. Beverly Hecht Talent Agency is also a very hard working agency. They proudly claim Shia La Beouf as a client when he first started.
If you do not live in LA or New York, don't worry, there are great regional theatres across the country. Young actors always worry about not having credits, but you know what? You're young and that is expected. Nobody was born with fantastic credits to their resume. Find out if there is a TONY AWARD winning regional theatre in your area. If there is, get ina play! If you want to become a stage actress, you will have a big advantage having a credit from a Tony wining theatre than the thousands of actresses in New York or LA who simply just graduated from college.
There should be agents in your area if you live in a mid size city. Call and ask if you can do a monologue for them. Tell them you're interested in being represented by the agency. Always be professional. Agents do not like childlike. They want mature ones who can act. Look at Dakota Fanning. She's under 15 but she's probably more mature than most college aged females.
Make sure that acting is something you really wanna do. I work as an actor in LA, and its BRUTAL. You never rely on your agent. You gotta look for your own work too. When you get to the LA market, remember, you're not the only client the agency represents, he probably has hundreds.
For now, however, stick to where you live. Get credits from a regional theatre to get your EQUITY CARD. To look for theatre auditions, go to Actorsequity.com They have a listing of auditions for theatres across the country.
When you graduate from high school, I suggest you further study in college. If you are really talented and sure you know acting is for you, go for Julliard and NYU. They're the best. Next on the list is Carnegie Mellon and Rutgers-Mason Gross School for the Arts.

You didn't tell us in which USA city you live. What do you mean by versatile agent. Talent Agents work across-the-board, in all areas of the industry.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but actors do NOT tell the agent that want to work in television, movies or stage.
The AGENT and casting director are the EXPERTS and tell the actor where, in the industry, he/she is best suited to work.
Forget about where YOU want to work. It's not up to you. You don't have any control of it, so think about if acting really is the career path you seek.
