I take care of myself, by giving myself some pampering, in whatever form that my take, occassionally. It took me 15 years to figure that out. I thought it was being selfish to take care of myself, but it isn't. It was them being too selfish of me.
You can not be the best mom, wife, sister, etc, if you don't treat yourself with respect. Love yourself first..then everyone else.

Well I used to enjoy loving myself with hot oil and candles, Until I found out the oil was flamable..Now I love myself with anti-burn creme.

very slowly, very often and completely, and most wonderfully. I usually take the time to make it great and feel good. I know what I like and its easy to acheive the goal, if you know what i mean. So, yes, I do know how to love myself very well, thank you, if you understand my meaning. Ok, I guess everyone is listing items used so here goes: my fingers are used to love myself!!

I pamper myself. I take a whole day and just do things for "ME" and only me. Get a manicure, pedicure, facial, relax, read a good book and just do things that please me.
