If he ever comes back..and that's a big if, it would only be with TNA. Bill has stated he will never work for the WWE ever again. I'm sure the feeling is mutual with Vince and company. Personally, I could care less if Goldturd comes back. He's boring to watch. No mic skills, and 1 signature move in the ring.

Hopefully never. He's a whiny greedy primadonna and about green as an army truck in his wrestling skills. WWE and TNA need him around like they need an infected scrotum.
