Alright, it may sound crazy or whatever, but since the nose and the brain share the same blood supply, what can occur if you fail to take care of your nose properly post-piercing?

Theoretically yes:

If you got your nose pierced, then didn't take care of it, say by touching it with filthy dirty hands and managed to get some bacteria in it

Then, you ignored the signs of infection to the point where the tissue was red, swollen, painfull and discharging green pus

Then you kept ignoring it, the tissue went necrotic and the infection got into your blood stream (where it would most likely affect your heart first, not your brain)

Then if you decided to ignore being incredibly sick, with a very high fever, chills, cold sweating, etc. then yes, you could die. But you would have a lot of warning signs first.

Actual infections in piercings aren't that common. Most people mistake irritation and the normal healing process for infection. In the cases where there is an actual infection present, prompt medical attention and a course of oral antibiotics will usually clear it up before it becomes serious. It's very important to get piercings done by a reputable professional and take care of them properly. Most infections happen after the actual piercing, due to a lack of proper aftercare.

No. The nose is actually pretty clean wheareas the lip and oral piercings aren't. It isz very difficult to spread bacteria that will harm the nostrils. There has NEVER been a nose-related death. There have been lip and nipple related deaths and complications from other piercings but NEVER the nose.

Any piercing could conceivably cause death if you let it get really infected. I would suppose that, if you got blood poisoning in one in your nose, it could go to your brain really quickly. All of this is only remotely possible, though, especially if you keep it clean. Get out the rubbing alcohol.

well, if you get a really bad, antibiotic resistant infection, you have a good chance of dying, or at least serious brain damage.

keep your nose clean! (lol)
