There is a play going on in June called the Green Sheep.
It is for 1-4 year olds. The website is the first one listed below.
There is also the Children's Museum by the Space Needle. The link is the second one below.
The last thing I can think of is the Seattleschild website calendar. It still says May since it it the 30th today, but it will change to June soon of course and it is the 3rd link below.
good luck,
Jonathan

Opus1234 gave some good suggestions. Here are a few more:
1. The Woodland Park Zoo is a good one. They have an indoor play area for tots and kids that is included in the admission price to the zoo. There is also a decent park on the north west corner of the park just outside of the zoo.
2. The Aquarium is OK and easily accessible from downtown
3. The Seattle Children's Museum does have a play area for tots, but you might find it expensive for what you get - most of it is geared towards older kids. They'll charge admission for each person over age 1.
The Pacific Science Center has a play area for tots too (better, in my opinion), and butterfly room where you can go in and wander among the butterflies. Here you'll be charged for admission, but your 1 year old will be free.
4. Lots of kids of all ages like to run through the International Fountain at Seattle Center (near the Seattle Children's Museum and the Pacific Science Center)- you'd probably want to be down there with her if you go, so bring dry clothes for all. There isn't any standing water, just a fountain that sprays with accompanying music. If it's a hot day, this could be fun.
5. Or, there are lifeguard staffed wading pools in many locations in Seattle in the summer. My favorite is at Greenlake (North end, near Duke's Chowderhouse) When my daughter was that age a few years ago, we did this a lot. The loop around the lake is a nice walk too if you wanted to push her in the stroller.
6. On a more grown-up bent, the new Outdoor section of the Seattlel Art Museum has just opened. It's stroller friendly, has great views of the water and downtown, and could be an interesting stop for you if you are into that kind of stuff.
Have a good trip!

There are some good sushi bars.
There is a monorail.
Visit the Rock and Roll Museum - there are many interactive portions.
The Ferry is always fun.
Read aloud your favorite passages from "Snow Falling on Ceders" while visiting the channel islands.
Dress the baby in a fish themed outlet and take a photo of the guys at Pike's market pretending to catch her.
Reminisce about Nirvana and when Pearl Jam were good and wonder at what might be popular when she goes to college.
The Space Needle is always a hit with kids - unless she is afraid of heights (although how would you know?).
Any chance she likes hiking or tennis?

At the Seattle Center, there is the Children's Museum. Little kids can run and explore to their little heart's content.
