is smack-a-hoe Indians racist or offensive to native Americans?

i have a friend called me the chief of the smack-a-hoe tribe. i thought it was funny, but do u think its racist.

Well I'm only me and can only answer from an outsider view point...but I know some people that would definitely be irritated by it because I think it degrades the concept of names, whether individual or tribal, which are not taken lightly.
